Lynda helped me to get the confidence I needed to launch my own business. It is so true that once you can believe in yourself anything is possible.

REMEMBER WHAT YOU ARE WORTH
Your beliefs about yourself come true because you are always creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. So, for instance, if you undervalue yourself and expect to feel inferior, then you will. And if you appreciate your worth and value your judgement, then you will feel confident.
Think of a situation or area of your life in which you feel low in confidence. Why do you feel like this? Your answers will demonstrate all sorts of 'evidence' that you have collected to 'prove' to yourself that you are no good, can't do ..., always mess up, can't take responsibility, are useless in relationships ... or whatever.
Now challenge this view. Think of times when you have shown the qualities that you think you lack. Collect all the evidence that you can to contradict your negative self-beliefs and WRITE IT DOWN.
Ask the people who love you why they love you. Ask your close friends what they see in you. You will be amazed by what you hear. You may have started to take your personal strengths and talents for granted. Stop doing this! Add the positive opinions of others to your mounting list of evidence, which will confirm to you that you are a person of worth and ability.
