I had a history of poor relationships and then I read Lynda's book Weekend Love Coach and had coaching with her. I went on to meet a wonderful man and we have now been together for 2 years. I am now free to be myself in my relationship!

Are you ready for life coaching?
We can be whatever we want to be. There is absolutely no doubt about the truth of this statement, though sometimes we might find it difficult to believe. Life brings its ups and downs and we need to develop the resilience, self esteem and stamina to be able to bounce back again and again.
